Little Loud
On Thursday, Kerry (@reallyfancy), the lead developer from Little Loud, came in to demo a few of the companys applications. She spoke to us about mobile application development, usability, user experience, and accessibility. It was a brilliant session - I got a lot out of it, along with three pages of notes in my sketchbook!
The main applications she demo'd were:
Initial Ideas
I'm a tad bewildered at this point - there are so many options available to me, I can do so much! Right now, I'm trying to contain the mess; below I've written down a list of the most tangible concepts.
- Non-Linearity
- Augmented Reality
- Superimposition
- Gesture hints
- Epic tales
- Subscription-based
- 'Easter Eggs'
I took the opportunity to register myself a free Apple Developer account, which gives me access to certain design/developer material that cannot be viewed by the public. I intended on doing this a while ago, but never got around to it - thank you brief for giving me the bump I needed!
